Ah, so close to Spring and I can’t wait! Each year, as one season closes and another one begins, I take the opportunity to reflect and improve wherever I can. My life has changed so much over the last year and while it’s been super exciting, I feel like different levels of life require a different, more improved version of you. I’m constantly working to improve myself to be the best version of me that I can be! One thing I’m learning is that no matter what happens, you are in control of your own mind and learning to control your thoughts and maintain a positive outlook is so important for mental health and overall success. 

I’ve recently turned to inspirational podcasts and bumped up my meditation practice to grow my mind and protect my peace. There’s a common thread among people like Oprah, Deepak Chopra, Marie Forleo and Tony Robbins - yes, they’re all highly successful, but they also believe that your thoughts and mindset control what you attract and receive in life. I believe thoughts combined with action and prayer keep you on the right track and make it easier to reject what you don’t want in life and attract/accept what you do.
